Class Action Lawsuits

  • Dr Reiner Füllmich, one of four members of the “Corona Investigative Committee”. (Germany) This committee has been listening to a large number of experts’ testimonies to find answers to questions about the “Corona scandal”. Those responsible for it must be criminally prosecuted and sued for civil damages. On the political level, everything must be done to make sure that no one will ever again be in a position of such power as to be able to defraud humanity, or to attempt to manipulate us with their corrupt agendas. An international network of lawyers will argue the biggest case ever, “the Corona fraud scandal”, which has meanwhile evolved into the “greatest crime against humanity.” [12]

  • Dr Reiner Füllmich, one of a 1,000 lawyers and 10,000 medical specialists suing the CDC and WHO, outlines the medical fraud, fear-mongering, and crimes against humanity that have taken place. “We are [lookingatapproximately] 500,000 dead after vaccination in the US alone.” [210]

    • It is a systemic problem, because the same procedure, the same thing is been enacted in all countries. Our friends from around the world are calling us and describing their situation. It gives us an opportunity to see the full picture, and to come in solidarity to help each other. We must act internationally, so that you are not isolated in one country. Through the support you get from the outside, it also protects the others.

    • We have been contacted by a group of judges and district attorneys, because they are civil servants, and it’s so dangerous for them, because it they do something outspokenly, it can be used against them. Being out, in the public, internationally, is the best protection. Don’t keep anything to yourself. Make information public.

    • The social distancing is trying to keep us apart. This is where the energy is. When meeting to discuss this problem, we are doing the right thing, we exchange so many ideas, and we find immediate new friends. We must continue to meet physically (when possible) and online.

    • We are setting support networks, and food support.

    • We are also organising a group of doctors to look after vaccination damages, because vaccination doctors are not willing to see the damage that they cause. It is important to get in touch and set up these networks that are going to be helpful in the future.

    • We are working with a lot of doctors looking into what is inside these “vaccines”. Many of them hold jobs with universities, and cannot come out yet, but they are giving the information to us and other doctors. We were involved in a Pathology conference, because we paid for some of the autopsies that were performed. We published those findings [16, 17, 18]. There’s going to be another Pathology conference in December 2021, with new information. The “vaccines” seem to be propelling cancer growths. It is difficult to do this research because you need very specialized laboratories, and they are not cooperating because they are also afraid.

  • Dr Füllmich (lawyer): [169]

    • Many scientists are saying that this virus has never been isolated. Isolated or not, it doesn’t really matter. This is an “isolation” in the computer model, which doesn’t convince me. We can do without answering this question, if we know that the virus is no more dangerous than the flu, we have only a “PCR Test pandemic”. Let’s go after the people who put out these lines: Drosten, WHO, Tedros, Fauci. And then, let’s follow the evidence from one person to the next. Many of these people, who are just puppets, are cowards, and sooner or later, they will lead to who’s really in charge, really responsible.

    • We did take a close look at the medical issues. First we wanted to know if this is really a dangerous disease. Obviously, it is not. There is no excess mortality from COVID anywhere. The spikes [instatistics] like in Bergamo (Italy) and New York, were due to medical malpractice.

    • As soon as we knew this has nothing to do with health, we looked into the damage that has been done by the “corona” measures, and very quickly found out that this is not just a negligence thing: this is intentional. From what we learned from Catherine Austin Fitts [170], of course, there is a very small group of very rich people who are running the show behind the scenes, who are using these puppets. Maybe 300, maybe 3000, very rich families who invest their money in large financial vehicles like BlackRock and Vanguard, and through these they invest in banks. For example, 30% of shares in Deutsche Bank are owned by BlackRock, thereby they control it, together with the Chinese and people from Qatar.

    • When we say “this is intentional”, this is what we hear from all these economists we speak to. Europe is broke, the pension funds are completely empty. Why are they doing this? They are afraid of us, because they are so few, they have a lot of money, they stole it from us, through their corporations. They are afraid that we find out. They needed something to distract our attention.

    • They want complete control, because they are psychopaths and sociopaths. We find this by listening to all these professors in psychology and even former intelligence officers who explained to us that this is a huge psychological operation, a psy-op. They’re trying to scare everyone, so that no one can think any more, so that everyone agrees to vaccination, with something that is not a vaccine, but it kills.

    • This is all about “good vs evil”. Everyone is dropping their mask right now, and we can see who they really are. We can see who is really evil. There are many people out there: judges, politicians, media people, who we will never be able to trust again.

    • We have to connect with the good people. We are social beings, not to be isolated. Through this connection we get so much strength. We will exchange very valuable information. Through these connections we learned what’s going on in the other countries. This (“plandemic”) is part of an agenda that has been rolled out all over the world. We can only deal with this on an international level.

    • It is crucial for us to be connected. We are so much stronger than the other side. There is something “cosmic”, “spiritual”, “religious” about getting together to save our humanity. It’s about empathy, emotion. The elite, our opposition, doesn’t have this, they are monsters. That’s why we are going to win; there’s no other way.

    • We will hold them accountable. Including the role of the media. They have overplayed their hand, and there is something/someone out there taking them out. If they still exist after that, we will go after them.

    • Our friends in France are already filing criminal complaints against the mainstream media.

    • Australian soldiers are being trained to kick people out of their homes so that they can “vaccinate” them. The soldier who exposed this said he won’t do this, because it is so wrong at the spiritual level. Many people, including military and police, have a built-in inner compass that tells them what is right and what is wrong. They will understand that these orders are totally illegal. We can help them understand that by approaching them, if they let us. Probably they understand they’ll have to go after their own family and friends … not a good idea.

    • Nuremberg 2.0: The jury will be the people who watch this. There are going to be many trials. In the US there are many independent judges, elected regionally.

    • The only way to take this down is by the people. Rise up, and tell them to go to hell.

    • LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department): 15% (1,350 of 9,000 police) will not take the shots. The rest complied because they have financial pressure. We need people to stand firm and do not bow to the pressure.

    • We (prosecutor lawyers) are being asked to wear a mask and have a PCR-test when going to court. We cannot do that or else we’ll loose our entire credibility. Don’t comply. That’s what this is about.

    • Look at criminal law at three levels:

      • Was the criminal act (of killing) committed?
      • Was it justified? Was it self-defence?
      • Are they culpable? Can they be held responsible?

    • Talking to a French lawyer, she said, “the puppets know what they are doing”. They are doing it to protect their own hive, like Drusden. Can he be held liable? Yes, because he knows what he is doing. They are responsible. They will have to pay a price.

    • We know what they’ve done, and we know that there is no justification. Can they plea “insanity”? No. You’re not insane, if you know what you’re doing, and you can control what you’re doing.

    • Don’t play along with the mandates, because this a choice of life or death. These are not vaccines, and they are deadly. Just don’t do it.

    • In Germany, the courts of law don’t work, because the judges serve the interests of the system. Only the civil courts may work. We will have to set up our own legal systems, our own parallel universe, and we should start now. The current system cannot be saved. It’s beyond repair.

    • When the time comes, we all will rise up and send them to hell, where they came from.

  • Hawaii Attorney Michael Green files class action lawsuit, initially representing 1,200 responders against Governor’s vaccine mandates, with thousands more expected to join. Says “45,000 people were dead within 72 hours of the jabs.” (Aug 14th, 2021) [120]

  • Military members from all 5 branches file class action lawsuit against the Pentagon for vaccine mandates (Oct 18th, 2021) [121]

  • Sergio Cebolla leads up Spain’s leading class action legal strike back for freedom. Lockdowns declared unconstitutional. (Nov 28th 2021) [122]

  • Dr Zelenko: “Forget class action lawsuits. There will be tribunals. Governments are steering up fear propaganda, and forcing people to live isolated. This is psychological warfare. People stop thinking and gravitate emotionally to anything that relieves their pain. They fall into the false promise of the vaccine. Fear kills more people and has created more risk than anything else. It’s mass psychosis. HCQ and IVM were banned in hospitals (the orders came from above), because they work, and are cheap drugs. All of that came from a Lancet study against HCQ and IVM. It was false and the data didn’t exist. The paper was later retracted to fraud, but the WHO didn’t say anything. FDA removed authorisation to HCQ based on the Lancet paper, one month after the paper was retracted. I have witnessed the mechanics of mass genocide. This is a battle for the soul of man. COVID-19 is an artificially made bioweapon. In 1999, Dr Ralph Baric (Dept of Microbiology and Immunology, coronavirus, gain of function research) of University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, modified coronavirus virus from a bat, and made it infective to human beings. In 2000 he got a patent for this. There is another patent for sensors that go into the body, in the vaccine, to measure your temperature and other information.”

  • Dr Zelenko continues: “The people who imposed this tyranny upon us control most of the media. They suppress the dissemination of this truth. Probably will face a civil war. People are loosing their jobs, people cannot attend universities, all because of this false narrative. The amount of destruction of people’s lives is so ubiquitous, it has affected so many people, that this is a crime against humanity. When you’re dealing with something of such genocidal scale, I don’t think class action does it. I’m calling for tribunals at the Hague and Nuremberg. This needs to be treated with the severity of a global crime, a global war against innocent people, both psychologically and physically. The culprits of this should be made an example of. We have to send a message to generations to come, for future aspiring despots, and tyrants, that we have a way of dealing with you.” [123]

  • Dr Heiko Schöning from the World Freedom Alliance: We go against the current narrative. We want to bring a better world. The COVID mandates, lockdowns, vaccinations are done by criminals. A lot of experts are working with us, from the US, Europe, Russia, Asia, etc. We got together with medical, law, and economy experts. We have a good perspective of what is the situation now, and what we need to do. We are inviting other groups to join in order to make a better normal, instead of this oligarchic “new normal”. There is no “pandemic”, it is a “plandemic”, and we can prove this. Corona viruses are known since long decades ago, and they account for 10% of every flu. There is a book out called “Game Over: COVID-19, Anthrax-01” (Dr Heiko Schöning). We laid down all the evidence here. I was a founder of the extra-parliamentary inquiry on COVID-19. I announced this in May 2020. We collected a lot of evidence from hearings with experts. Here in Copenhagen I presented the facts and the book. A lot of people, including children, are suffering because they are not well informed. There is a plan for a better “normal”, not this criminal, oligarchic “new normal”. [177, 178]

  • Letter from 11 Vaccine-Injured Doctors to the US Government requesting public health agencies to address serious and fatal injuries from these vaccines, with a threat to legal actions. (Oct 27th 2021) [179]

  • By February of 2021, two and a half months after the “vaccination” started, Pfizer had already received more than 1,200 reports of death allegedly caused by the vaccine and tens of thousands of reported adverse events, including 23 cases of spontaneous abortions out of 270 pregnancies and more than 2,000 reports of cardiac disorders. This data which emanates from Pfizer can be used to confront, as well formulate, legal procedures against Big Pharma, the governments, the WHO and the media. [181, 182]

  • Federal Lawsuit Seeks Immediate Halt of COVID Vaccines [216]

    • American Frontline Doctors filed a motion on July 19th, 2021, to stop the use of Emergency Use Authorisation COVID vaccines for anyone under 18, anyone with natural immunity, or anyone who hasn’t received informed consent.

    • The reasons:

      • There is no emergency, which is a prerequisite to issuing EUA and EUA renewals for COVID vaccines.
      • There is no serious or life-threatening disease or condition.
      • Vaccines do not diagnose, treat or prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID.
      • The known and potential risks of the vaccine outweigh their known and potential benefits.
      • There are adequate, approved, and available alternatives to vaccines.
      • Healthcare professionals and vaccine candidates are not adequately informed.
      • The authors of the motion attached a declaration by a whistleblower who came forward alleging deaths occurring within 72 hours of receiving a COVID vaccine are significantly under-reported in the CDC’s VAERS maintained by the FDA.

  • The Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) sued the CDC for Withholding 'V-safe' Data on COVID-19 Vaccines from the public. (Dec 29th 2021) [297]

    • V-safe is a smartphone app that allow vaccine recipients to "tell CDC about any side-effects after getting the COVID-19 vaccine".
    • The database contains approximately 119 million medical entries and is housed on a secure server by Oracle.
    • It appears the CDC does not want the V-safe data released.
