The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act includes a clause against medical dictatorship and abuse, and that every citizen has the right to refuse; it states: 51 (xxiiiA) “the provision of allowances … pharmaceutical, sickness, and hospital benefits, medical, … (but no so as to authorise any form of civil conscription)” [91, 92]

Rights of residents in States. “As subject to the Queen, resident in any State, shall not be subject in any other State to any disability or discrimination which would not be equally applicable to him if he were a subject of the Queen resident in such other State.” [93]
