• The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act includes a clause against medical dictatorship and abuse, and that every citizen has the right to refuse; it states: 51 (xxiiiA) “the provision of allowances … pharmaceutical, sickness, and hospital benefits, medical, … (but no so as to authorise any form of civil conscription)” [91, 92]
